We know the Book of James is written to the 12 tribes of Israel but the truth of this doctrine can be applied to us in the church (the body of Christ). If we know to do good and we don't do it then that would be a sin because we missed a chance to give out the gospel. James 4: 17 Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.
Our prayer should be that the Lord would give us utterance and that we could open our boldly boldly to get the gospel. Ephesians 6: 19 And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel,
